"Friends of the Society"

Friends of the Natrona County Medical Society was developed in 2022 for individuals or corporations that are not part of the Wyoming Medical Society to still participate and be involved in the activities associated with the Natrona County Medical Society. Friends of the Society may not serve on the board and are nonvoting members but are welcome to be involved in any events sponsored by the Natrona County Medical Society.

Cost: $150 / year

NCMS Wyoming Leaders in Medicine Program Scholarship

Purpose: To encourage physicians of Natrona County to pursue physician leadership training through the Wyoming Leaders in Medicine program conducted by the Wyoming Medical Society. Also, to encourage use of this training program to participate in Natrona County Medical Society.

Amount: up to $2000

Qualifications to be Considered:

• Member in good standing with Wyoming Medical Society and Natrona County Medical Society

• At least 75% participation in leadership program

• Scholarship award will be given directly to the recipient with half of the award presented following submission of receipt to NCMS Treasurer and other half at time of presentation to NCMS Board following completion of course.

• Request deadline: Prior to first Wyoming Leaders in Medicine meeting

• Submit request for scholarship in person to NCMS Board at NCMS board meeting

• Presentation to NCMS Board following completion of Wyoming Leaders in Medicine program
